Models, Models and More Models!
Working in the fashion industry means that I've worked with many, many models. It's funny seeing little, 5'2" Annie attempting to dress a 6'4" model but it's those lovely models I get to know that become the faces I love to run into during fashion week. Here are some of my favorite model friends! Romee Strijd : A dutch model who is best known for being a Victoria's Secret Angel. I've crossed paths with her at many events, most recently at the Wardements x V Magazine presentation which was held at the V Magazine offices downtown. The models weren't getting paid because it was a fundraiser so many didn't actually show... Romee did. It's a testament to her character, I'm sure there were other events during her busy fashion week schedule which would have paid her quite a bit of money had she attended but she chose to support the cause and take the pay cut.
